Bawor Prayitno is one of the first generation aikido practitioners of Bulungan Aikido Dojo. When other practitioners of his generation had transferred to other dojos or had moved to their own created dojos, he is still dedicated and remains loyal to his dojo. Because he has trained with all of the early teachers, therefore he has good relations with all of them, especially with Hideo Azuma and Shinji Maeda who occasionally visits Bulungan Aikido Dojo.

Since 2004, he has dedicated himself to teach young aikido practitioners. He has the charisma that always makes children adore him as their favorite teacher. Even The President of Tokyo Metropolitan Aikido Club, Hideo Azuma, salutes him for his effective teaching method of aikido to children. Now, not only he teaches aikido for kids at Bulungan Aikido Dojo, but also at Puri Sriwedari Mori Dojo.
